10h30 Holy Communion
Theme : "Christ in Everything" from Colossians 3: 1-4
There are no children's groups due to the Toussaint holidays, but all are welcome at the morning service.
Please remember that Europe goes onto winter time tonight or you will be one hour early!

Book sales at the races AGAIN - Today Saturday 28th October
We have the another opportunity to sell the 150th Anniversary book "La Branche des Quinze" at today's race meeting at Compiègne. Amanda would appreciate help in selling books plus St Peter's notelets & mugs at Compiègne racecourse today. Many thanks again to Françoise for securing us entry again.

Christingle Party - Saturday 4th November
We are making a giant Christingle (Google it if that is a new word for you!) so come and join us at 15h next Saturday in the Church Centre. Please bring old magazines and a creative spirit! There will be refreshments! RSVP to Sarah if you plan to come please.

Remembrance Day - Saturday 11th November
There will be a Service of Remembrance at 16h on Armistice Day at Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. The preacher will be our Archdeacon, the Ven. Meurig Williams.

Kermesse Preparations - Saturday 25th November
Now only 4 weeks to go until St Peter's main annual fundraising event and also a key opportunity for the Church to be present in the town's calendar. A full list of outstanding needs has been circulated separately.
Meanwhile Amanda urgently needs some serious bakers, jam, marmalade and chutney makers for the Kermesse Cake Stand. Please call her to discuss what needs to be lovingly made. Whilst donations of bought items are a kind gesture, only home-made meets the needs of our discerning clientele!

Love in a Box
The St Peter's CGA (Charitable Giving Association) will be supporting ‘LOVE IN A BOX’ again this year. Our present filled shoe boxes will be taken to the American Cathedral in Paris the week beginning 27th November ( day to be decided ). This wonderful initiative gives so much joy to children at Christmas and your support and enthusiasm is greatly appreciated.

Homegroup News
The Coye la Forêt home is meeting this week at the home of Jean-Pierre & Frédérique Munier on Tuesday 31st October. Please note that a code is required for entry.

Chaplain's Day Off

Just a reminder that Sarah takes her day off on Friday so please do not contact her on Church business.
